In the heart of the simple and intimate homes of Balochistan, there is a living art that has been passed down from generations to the present day. An art called Baloch embroidery. Rojna 's workshop was formed with the aim of preserving this art and creating job opportunities for Baloch girls. Where needlework is not just a job, but a path to growth, independence, and the narrative of identity .

At Rojna's workshop, each piece of embroidery is done by young and capable Baloch girls in their homes. A place where, with peace and inspiration from their cultural roots, the thread and needle come to life in their hands, and designs are created that are both eye-catching and transformative .
Home embroidery has enabled these girls to both play the role of artists and earn an income alongside their families .
🔸 Continuing the journey in Rozhena's workshop
After the embroidery is complete, each piece is transferred to Rozhena's central workshop, where our team carries out the finishing steps with great precision and meticulousness :

- Transforming works into final products such as traditional clothing, accessories, tablecloths, paintings, etc.
